If your feet could speak, what would they say about you, Mine would say, that I do to much for other people, That I'm hard on myself, that I need direction or to be happy in the direction that I am going,
they would indicate I need to drink more water, but like so many others, I tend to not listen to what they say until I stub my toe, get a blister or someone steps on them.
"so what" I can hear you say, but think about it,
Your feet hold your Full Body weight, every day they are under pressure & strain,
& did you know, each foot has 26 bones, 14 Phalanges (toe bones), 5 Metatarsals (long bones), 3 Cuneiforms (wedge bones), 1 Navicular (boat shaped) 1 Cuboid (like a cube), 1 Talus the weight Bearer carrying your body weight as you take each step & 1 Calcaneus (heel bone), so just think each time you lift & place your foot on the ground whilst walking these bones are at work, so when you have an ache in your foot or before someone steps on them, give them a loving thought, give them a massage or treat them to a Reflexology Treatment, they will thank you for it, as they carry you further each new day.
