My name is Carole Connor, AoR, MARR, MIBWRT.
I have over 18 years of Reflexology experience, and I am constantly striving to further my knowledge and expertise to support your health needs, using reflexology and other modalities.

I aim to see you and get you booked in as quickly as I can, and to support you the very best that I can, using the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, to further better myself for BWRT Brainworking Recursive therapy clients.
I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist, BWRT, Brainworking Recursive Therapist, and a fully qualified Counsellor.
I have also worked esoterically for over 20 years, Reading Tarot in a beautiful holistic crystal shop in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, called Winds 4 Winds, and loved working with crystals and Reiki Healing, tarot Readings and parties, also attended craft fairs, reading the cards.
I love the effects that clients report they feel after each session, and I tailor each session to meet your specific health and emotional needs, working alongside your medical professionals.
My continued and CPD studies led me to study further and work using Reflexology, to support Pregnancy and Labour.
also, Spinal Reflexology for Supporting Individuals suffering with Backaches and Pains,
and also Plantar Fasciitis.
I also did further CPD studies to work and support working using Reflexology for Cancer care.
Having had Breast Cancer in the past, and having to go through Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and surgery, this was an area I wanted to support my clients in using Reflexology and also with the counselling, Hypnotherapy for health and BWRT Health Anxiety, so they can feel calm and relaxed through every situation they may have to go through.

Which lead me on to more CPD learning and studying with Sally Kay, RLD -Reflexology Lymph drainage, and Using this throughout my studies I worked to support the swelling, Lymphoedema I have on my left arm which was as the result of having full Lymph Clearance, So I am what I work, giving my clients the best experience for them at that time, working alongside the medical professions.
As I continue to grow and develop, study and learn, I went on and studied further with Ziggie Bergman, for working with Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and also Indian Head Massage.
I continue to study and continue to grow my expertise due to my enthusiasm and passion for learning. and for you, the client.

This training provided me with In-depth knowledge and understanding of fertility and reproductive health, your menstrual cycle, Charting and Ovulation and the problems and emotions both men and women struggle with when trying to conceive.
I then went on to further my studies
to become an Advanced Reproductive Reflexologist practitioner, where I looked and studied further into the male issues of infertility, it helped me to see many reasons that can impact infertility.

It's always as important to consider the Male part in this journey (unless going solo)
any male infertility issues you would of before coming for your reflexology treatments you would of had a semen analysis done prior to your reflexology session which is standard part of your fertility journey so the clinic or doctor can see what is happening to the quality and production of Sperm.
there are lots of causes and conditions that can cause poor sperm health, poor quality and quantity of sperm, Morphology and any Testosterone or PH issues.
we will look at diet and nutrition, lifestyle factors and stress.
Your doctor or fertility clinic is likely to review your analysis.
I provide support by using reflexology again that correlate to the body to support male health issues, you may be going through,
and for male clients going through or living with Testicular Cancer. Reflexology is known to be used to work alongside your treatment.

Terms and Conditions:
- All charges payable by you for the services delivered shall be by the scale of charges and rates in the area and my experience and expertise.
- All payments must be in UK pounds sterling and are Non-Refundable. (You can choose another treatment to the value paid out, also block sessions can be used on other treatments of the same value).
- Deposit payment is payable in advance of the booking being confirmed. Payment by BACS payment details to be sent to you upon booking.
- For new clients booking their first session, a deposit of £X (stated on the service page) is required to secure your booking and time slot.
- Subsequent sessions can be paid on the day by either BACS Payment at the end of your session or Cash.
- All block treatments and other courses have to be paid fully in advance by BACS or Cash upfront, or on the day, to receive your discount.
- Block treatments, fertility or Pregnancy.
- If you become pregnant, or have your baby before the block sessions end, then you will be able to use the remaining sessions for a treatment of your choice for the value remaining (Pregnancy, you can use these for Postnatal care sessions)
- If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, then you can simply rearrange a new appointment.
- If you fail to show up or cancel your appointment before your session time you will still be charged the full fee and if it is a block, that will be counted off as a missed session.
- Late Arrivals, I recommend you give yourself extra time to find parking in case you can not fit your car on the drive, so that you arrive at your session on time. Typically, there will be someone booked in after your appointment so I will have to end your session at the scheduled time.
- If you or someone you live with has a stomach bug, sickness or any signs of a cold, COVID or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, on the day or 24 hrs before your appointment, please call up and rearrange your appointment or your Home visit.
- If your health or medical circumstances change, you must advise me of the changes as soon as possible to not be charged for missed appointments.
- Possible contraindications for treatment.
- Please advise me if you have any of the following:
- Cellulitis, Athletes foot, verruca's, Heart conditions,
- A contagious or notifiable disease,
- Diabetes, Cancer, Arthritis, or are awaiting imminent medical tests or procedures,
- Thrombosis/ DVT.
- Pregnant (Please note, you are still able to receive your sessions, whilst pregnant as I am fully trained in Pregnancy, Labour and Postnatal Reflexology, to be able to support you during and throughout your pregnancy).
By attending your session, you have agreed to these booking conditions, and confirm you have read the contraindications and made your initial payment upon booking, which will be confirmed unless you are paying by cash on the day (a deposit may still be required to secure your booking).
- If you have booked and prepaid for a course of treatments and then you fail to arrive for your appointment, or if I arrive for a Home Visit or at your chosen location and for any reason, the appointment does not take place. Then this will be counted as 1 of your paid treatments.
- At your initial appointment, you will be required to complete a consultation form. This is required for my insurance and stored using the GDPR guidelines, All initial Consultation fees are shown on the booking/service page.
- I am insured through the Association of Reflexology by Alan Boswell for all services I offer,
- Private Health, You could claim back your treatments if you have private health, as I am a member of the Association of Reflexology, AoR.
